Starter Membership

With this membership the focus is PLAN. You would gain access to the tools necessary to perform the Profit First assessment. From the information gathered from the assessment you would get coaching on creating the starting point for your Profit First plan. Just as important as it is to know where you are it is equally important to know where you are going. The last step to achieving your PLAN is to calculate your desired owner's pay. Now that you know where you are going then you can complete your Profit Plan and begin taking action and watch your profitability grow.

Pro Membership

This membership includes all the tools in the STARTER membership and then provides you the baby steps and details necessary to get the most out of IMPLEMENT.

After completing the steps in PLAN you will move to IMPLEMENT. During this phase we will help you learn about different allocation schedules and picking the right one for you and your business. We will take a deep dive into trimming the fat on your expenses. Lastly we will provide insight into advanced Profit First techniques and which ones would make the most sense for your business.

VIP Membership

This membership includes all the tools in the STARTER and PRO memberships then takes you and your business to the next level.

All businesses go through transition, every transition looks different, and what every business needs is different. With this membership we will help you identify the tools and action steps necessary to assist you and your business through any transition. We will take a deep dive with you into your systems and operations and find ways to improve efficiencies that directly affect your bottom line. Lastly, you are limited in your scaling potential without a team. Building a team can be one of the hardest things to do and we will help you every step of the way to assist in creating the team of your dreams!
